Its been exactly a month since I last posted. wow. During this time I have performed in my last spring concert (concert in general?), done the necessary presentation to graduate (and got an A) and gone to college orientation.
The concert? Bittersweet. I hate performing so in one way, this was a nice thing. In another, not so much. Ive spend almost 2 hours a day for the last 4 years playing violin and preparing for concerts. What now? Should i continue? do i want to continue? im not sure.
The presentation, although not exactly creative and amazing went pretty well. If i had the chance to do it over, i would pick something better and more unique and have a better performance.
Orientation--the best, most amazing experience I have ever...experienced. I never thought it would be that great, but it was fun, informative and just all around amazing. My facebook status for the past week has been that I wish I was still there, and I do. I cannot wait for the fall. As somebody said, I have an orientation hangover. I credit everything to my awesome orientation leaders who really got me into the college and were fun people to be around and new friends and mentors for years to come.
