Excited

A while back (on October 14th to be exact) I read this post by Meg Kat at her amazing blog Imperrfections. Since reading this post, I too have had an intense craving for the multi-tier cake pan. What could be better than mini "fancy" cakes? Today, as I re-read this post, I decided it was a necessary item to purchase to jump start my "career" in cooking, photographing and blogging* (and of course, all those little tiers to decorate! as well as eat...) I estimate it will be here by Saturday (hopefully) and I CANNOT wait!

I read at least 4 blogs a day (generally more, but depending on who updates daily, etc it equals more sometimes--never less) dedicated to either photography, cooking or just blogging in general. I have an intense want to cook and then photograph that food in delicious ways and then blog about it for all to see. You are going to be seeing more cooking and pictures soon eventually. It might be hard to cook at school, but luckily I have a long summer, possibly weekends and maybe the rest of this break.

Im going to go drool over the picture of my new pan here while dreaming about the delicious cakes I will soon make!
