the pan.
I made some cakes with cake pan the day it arrived. Although I was a tiny bit skeptical, the recipe adorning the pan wrapper made some of the most delicious cake I have ever put through my lips. Seriously. Because no one would eat these cakes besides myself because of the cream cheese that was part of the recipe, I ended up not even frosting them and threw three of the four away because I left them out without wrapping. (That was the longest sentence of the history of life. Oh well). I ended up making chocolate boxed cakes the next time which were pretty delicious as well. I ate the top part I cut off to make them stand flat. They were difficult to frost with regular frosting because of their small tier size. I know you are supposed to decorate them with other things besides canned frosting, but it was all I had at the moment. I ended up making a type of icing that worked a lot better but still not great. I am going to have to work on finding the icing/covering that works well for such tiny cakes. Next time I make them, I will include some pictures. Hopefully they will come out nice enough to deserve them (haha).
