**edit:: 2/08/10** apparently, I am not getting another scan because this wont affect me. there is nothing they can do about it.
I posted about my CT scan the other day and was anxiously awaiting the results.
Yesterday, those results were revealed.
Luckily, there was/is no internal bleeding from my concussion and there is nothing else in my head that is causing headaches/dizziness that they can see ( i.e. i was thinking something was wrong in there)
I am not all in the clear though. Apparently, while looking at my scan the technician saw some shadowing where my cervical vertebrae is and it seems that the bone isnt all the way closed the way it should be. If its what the doctors think, they say that I was probably born this way. The doctor wants to do another CT scan and check it out a little further to see what this means. Next week, I will probably go for another scan to figure it out. I am thinking that this could be causing my headaches/dizziness in some way because something has to be causing it.
We'll (well..they) will get to the bottom of this!
