Today, I Cooked

Veggie Egg Rolls and Baked Avocado Fries to be exact. I've posted about these egg rolls before, but I've finally (almost) mastered rolling them properly and the amount of ingredients I put in/what I put in.
To make these little bundles of deliciousness you need:
*Egg Roll Wrappers
*Cabbage
*Bean Sprouts
*Carrots
*Olive Oil
*Black Pepper
*Duck sauce
+ a pan, oven, baking sheet,, shredder and knives.

 1. Cut cabbage into thin pieces, shred carrots and then throw it all into a pan with bean sprouts.
2. Put in a little olive oil and put in some black pepper and saute all of it in the pan. It takes a few minutes.
3. When the veggies are done, turn the oven to the degree the egg roll wrappers say (in my case, 400)
4. Take a wrapper and then put a little bit of the mixture into one of the corners.
5. Wrap it by taking the corner with the mixture-fold it up-then fold in the sides and then roll.
6. Rub some oil on it and place your egg roll with the open piece down on the sheet.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for all the mixture/wrappers you are making
8. Cook for what the wrapper package says (in my case, 10-12 minutes)--basically until they start to brown and look crispy.
9. Pour out some duck sauce, dip finished egg roll into it and take a bite.
10. Marvel in deliciousness.
These avocado fries were good, but would probably be better fried and with panko instead of regular bread crumbs.

Anyway,
(note to self-no photographing on blue plates)

6. Repeat steps 2-5 for all strips.
7. Bake at 400 degrees until crispy (i didnt time--just checked)
8. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese if desired.

To make sauce I just mixed a little horseradish sauce with a tiny bit of mayo.
