When I first started this blog over a year ago, I decided to make a list of 100 things about myself. It was never posted because I felt that it was too...weird. I couldnt tell whether it was too much information, a waste of my time or something NO ONE else cares about. I decided it was all three of those things and it was saved and put into the trenches of my transferred documents.
Today, I looked for that list and was surprised to find it. I honestly could not remember whether I a) transferred it and/or b) changed the name so in case someone found it they wouldnt think i was weird (i did..haha)
Its funny to look at this list and see that I have accomplished some things I was nervous about, learned things I wanted to learn, worked on things fears that need to be fixed and others. I was able to get rid of probably 15 or more of the things on that list.
Its amazing to see how small things can change you or how a person changes generally over a year/(s). Who could have predicted that I am so happy I didnt get into the "school of my dreams" or that this year I only counted down to my birthday from the first week in December?
To me, having this list shows who I used to be. I wrote down the 100 things I used to find the most important. I am going to save this list for as long as possible and go back to it. Every six months, or year or two I will be able to note more things that have changed. In ten years, if I was to write 100 things about me, hopefully all the things I wished for will be on there as "I do", "I did", "I am", etc.
