A Recipe for You

Vegetable Egg Rolls
(excuse image quality--taken on my phone and enlarged)

I've made these twice and think they are d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s.

Here's what you need:
Egg Roll wrappers
Cabbage
Onion
Carrot
Bean Sprouts
Black pepper
Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 400* and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Chop up cabbage and onion, grate carrot and take bean sprouts and throw them into a pan.
3. Drizzle with some olive oil, sprinkle on some pepper and add a pinch of salt.
4. Cook it up in the pan until the cabbage it gets wilty and wet.
5. Take an egg roll wrapper and fill it with some of the cabbage mixture.
6. Roll up the wrap as directed on the egg roll package and place on baking sheet.
7. Repeat steps 5-6 until all the mixture is wrapped and placed.
8. Rub a bit of olive oil on the top of each roll and place sheet into the oven.
9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the rolls look a bit crispy and cooked.
10. Eat plain or serve them up with some duck sauce.

I know this is not an *exact* recipe but it is really based upon how many you want to make/how many carrot/onion/bean sprouts you prefer and they come out good no matter how you make them.

Enjoy!
