Nella Fantasia

I've been a reader and follower of Kelle's blog Enjoying the Small Things for a while now. Since before little Nella was brought into the world. Today, as I was reading her latest post (and oogling at her beautiful photos as usual), I brought my cursor down to the bottom and left a comment and was reacquainted with Nella's birth story. It begins with a poem. A beautiful poem that I truly read for the first time today. Stanzas of wonderful words that I will print and hang to remember always.

Nella Fantasia:
In my fantasy I see a just world,
Where everyone lives in peace and honesty.
I dream of souls that are always free
Like the clouds that float
Full of humanity in the depths of the soul.

In my fantasy I see a bright world,
Where each night there is less darkness.
I dream of spirits that are always free,
Like the clouds that float.

In my fantasy exists a warm wind,
That blows into the city, like a friend.
I dream of souls that are always free,
Like the clouds that float
Full of humanity in the depths of the soul
